Civil Rights and Healthcare
February 1, 2011
Dear Mr. President:
Good day, sir. A matter of grave import follows.
To conform to your oath you must issue a directive to cease all actions relating to implementation of the Healthcare Reform law which is duly judged unconstitutional.
To not do so is to stand with those who would allow arbitrary rule, tyranny by definition, to prevail in the face of The Constitution.
To not do so is to spit on the graves of the many thousands of people who have taken an oath to uphold The Constitution, and who have given the ultimate sacrifice while serving under that oath, in order that you can hold the office designated in that very Constitution.
To not do so is, in my opinion, a gross malfeasance which rightly ought to cause your removal from office.
Or, perhaps you can inform me as to why my logic is flawed.
Sincerely,
Richard D Spalding
